The Body Shop Process

"When will my car be ready?"

That is a common question we hear every day, sometimes multiple times per day. We know it is important to get your vehicle back to you, in it's right condition, as speedy and efficiently as possible. Whether you are using us for a minor bump, scrape, or major body repair work, the process is generally the same. The only difference between a small scrape and major repair work, is the involvement of the Insurance Company. The time needed varies from job to job and is sometimes held up by the Insurance Co.
